Cream:

Coffee liqueur 1 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 10 gr.

But the dough itself seemed to me enough coffee, and I wanted to give the future cakes some more delicate flavoring note, so I went all out: I dissolved some coffee in water, added liqueur and strawberry syrup there. The resulting mixture suited me very much to my taste and I calmed down :)))
  • For the cream, whip the cooled cream with vanilla sugar
