Peacock cupcake (cupcake holder GFW-025)

Ingredients

Plum / butter (margarine) 125g
Sugar / sand 90g
Eggs C0 2 pcs (weight in shell 133g)
Cream 10% 1 tbsp / l
Flour / s 135g
Baking powder 1.5 h / l
Cocoa 0.5 st / l
Fruit jelly (dry concentrate) 25g
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Vodka, cognac 0.5 st / l
Salt pinch
Dye (as required) 2-3 drops

Cooking method

  • Beat softened plum / butter (margarine) with sugar / sand and salt until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each 1-1.5 minutes.
  • Pour in the cream, beat.
  • Sift flour mixed with baking powder into a mass and mix gently, I do this with a fork.
  • Divide the resulting dough into three equal parts, leaving one in the container, where it was kneaded, and putting 2 others in different containers.
  • In the 1st add vanillin, in the 2nd cocoa and vodka, in the 3rd fruit jelly powder.

  • I had jelly like this:
  • Peacock cupcake (cupcake holder GFW-025)
  • It didn't really give the color, so I added 3 drops of green food / dye.
  • We heat the cupcake, grease it and turn it off for the time of laying the dough (we don't want to rush and fuss, fearing that our dough might burn out while we are trying to lay out the layers).
  • The bottom layer is white with vanilla
  • Peacock cupcake (cupcake holder GFW-025)
  • Second with cocoa

  • Top with jelly
  • Peacock cupcake (cupcake holder GFW-025)
  • Mix the layers at random with a wooden skewer (toothpick)
  • Peacock cupcake (cupcake holder GFW-025)
  • Turn on the cupcake and turn it over 15 seconds after the green light comes on.
  • Cook for 13-14 minutes, the temperature inside the finished cake is 94C.

What a beautiful cupcake! Multi-colored, bright.
It's a great idea to make different layers.
win-tat
Thank you, Annie!
Yeah, it all depends on imagination, you can mix jelly of different colors into all layers, then you get a "real" peacock.
Tanyulya
Tanya, very nice cupcake! I have to bake to work. Now I try not to leave baked goods at home, my husband is losing weight ... he swears that I don't eat myself, but he suffers
Jiri
win-tat, Tanya, what a wonderful master class! I want to bake right away
win-tat
Tanyusha, Irina, Thank you !
I, too, at home have already begun to scold, they all want to be slim. Therefore, I switched to this muffin maker, the size is suitable, you don't eat much.

win-tat, Tatyana, oh, what a beauty !!!! Thank you
win-tat
kristina1, thanks for the praises! It is also very tasty, the jelly was sour and gave the cupcake an interesting "touch". If you change the jelly, then each time the cupcake will have a new taste.
Kizya
Tatyanawhat an interesting cupcake! Straight handsome!

win-tat
Yul,!
Be sure to try it, a very tender muffin. I bought another jelly today, I wonder what it will turn out to be.

win-tat, Tanya, thank you so much for the recipe! I tried to portray "Peacock" yesterday. Outwardly (in the sense of the inside) it turned out not so beautiful. Strawberry jelly let down, which practically did not give color, and food dye was not at hand But it tasted

Svetik, don’t come up with a nice cupcake, and most importantly, I liked the taste! They did not report any dye in the jelly.
By the way, by the way, I used paint for eggs before (when dyes were in short supply), there, after all, on the box with sachets of dyes it says "food colors", so I diluted them in a small amount of water (1-2 tbsp / l), a few drops are enough for coloring, they are perfectly stored in closed containers, and even tinted the butter cream with them.

Oh, how interesting, I will keep in mind. I liked the cupcake very much. Only my husband is a big lover of raisins, he was surprised that he did not find it there.Next time, at the request of the workers, I will definitely put it in.

So it was necessary to pour, my hand really stretched to the candied fruit.

Next time, I will definitely pour it. The first time I decided to do everything exactly according to the recipe

Today I decided to dream up, replaced the cocoa layer with another layer of jelly, instead of a spoonful of cream, I added a spoonful of kefir and poured 1 tsp of cognac into the jelly powder (I have kiwi and cherry), then mixed them into the dough, did not add dyes, the colors are very delicate.
And I liked this option more, as well as turning off the cupcake while it is filling and then turning it on, the crust turns out to be softer.

I will definitely use the idea. Thank you

Svetik, Thank you !
Yeah, such a thin crispy crust, and the crumb is very tender and fluffy, this time the cognac gave more, it turned out 3 tsp (one in each part).

Tanya, such delicate colors, lovely !!! I already have a quirk in search of jelly, neither in stores, nor in the market. One jelly all around! But about turning off the cupcake - did you seem to write in the recipe right away?

Julia, how attentive you are! And when I baked for the first time, I missed this moment and did not turn off the cupcake. Therefore, now I drew attention to this advice.
win-tat
Yul, Thank you ! The colors are really much softer, not so flashy. We have a lot of this jelly, and in Okey, and in Seven, and elsewhere I saw it.

, just wanted to highlight this moment again

Svetik, I just remembered Tanyushin's phrase in brackets right away. I almost prepared this cupcake in my mind, I even imagined the taste! It remains only to buy jelly!

Yul, I’ve already prepared it, but I missed this moment. Here I sit and make fun of myself, how attentive I am.

Svetik, the main thing is that it turned out and liked it.

No, I don’t have such shops nearby ... But of course I’ll find, I’ve even thrown into the basket for everyone in Ozone! Suddenly I will order something, and I'll grab the jelly at the same time!

so I already prepared it, but I missed this moment
Light, well, now you certainly won't miss it !! I, too, recently made fun of myself - I made here for the umpteenth time a yeast-free cake, the recipe can already be said on the machine, I remember, well, I knead it and think, it must be how small I got it this time. Well, okay - it turned out and turned out. I put it in the GFku, bake it and then it dawns on me that I didn’t put any baking powder or soda in the dough! AAAAA !!!!
So much for you attentive !!!
win-tat
Yul, you that today, decided to deprive me of sleep at night looking!
And all our memory is maiden.
And how's the cake? pancake?

Of course!!! Yes, and not really baked, although it withstood the time ...

That's definitely not in order with memory, I forgot to write yesterday that this time I replaced 15g of flour with cards / starch (and all because I do it all the time and for me it's in the order of things), and the first time I did everything clearly according to the recipe only with flour. So I was convinced once again that it is better with starch, the structure is looser.

I recently bought food coloring. So this time the color of the cupcake is closer to the original. Next time, drop one, not two, drops of dye to make the color softer. Tanya, thank you again!

This time, on your advice, part of the flour was replaced with starch. The cupcake is very tender.

I will definitely try. I often do this when baking cookies, now I will do the same with muffin dough.

mamusi,! Take a chance, the cupcake is worth it.

I do this a lot when baking cookies
And I did not try to add to cookies, I need to correct
