Ingredients

Shrimp 150 g
Crab sticks 5 pieces
Chicken egg 2 pcs
Quail egg 10 pieces
Pineapple rings (canned) 10 rings
Cheese like Adyghe (I have Lambert) 50 g
Lettuce leaves
Dill 3 twigs
Lemon 1 slice
Peppercorns 2-3 pcs
Mayonnaise / sour cream / thick yogurt

Cooking method

  • Easter appetizer saladPour 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan, live a sprig of dill, peppercorns and a slice of lemon. Boil.

Note

If you don't feel like messing around with collecting snacks, you can serve one whole salad. To do this, chop two lettuce leaves finely and cut 3-4 slices of pineapple into cubes and combine in everything. It turns out very tasty too.
