Fast Dessert Easter from soft cottage cheese

Ingredients

For a 380 ml mold
Soft cottage cheese 180 g
Condensed milk 65 g
Gelatin 5 g
Canned peaches (mango) 2 halves

Cooking method

  • Easter is not just fast, but very fast.
  • Combine soft cottage cheese with condensed milk.
  • Soak gelatin in 45 ml of water. Then heat and dissolve it. (Or follow the instructions on the package).
  • Add the loose gelatin to the mixture of cottage cheese and condensed milk. To stir thoroughly.
  • Dice canned peaches or mangoes.
  • Add fruits to the mixture, stir.
  • Cover the form for Easter with a layer of wet gauze.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold.
  • Cover the dish and leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  • And that's all. Done.
