Breakfast for the Princess, or Banana Curd Dessert with Banana Coffee

Ingredients

Dessert:
cottage cheese 9% 2 packs (about 400gr)
bananas 2 and 1/2 pcs.
biscuits 250gr
sugar (cane) 2st. l.
sour cream 20% 2st. l.
Coffee:
coffee (espresso) 100ml
milk 2.5% 100ml
banana 1/3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • So, grind cookies in a blender grinder.
  • Punch cottage cheese with banana pieces, sugar and sour cream with an immersion blender.
  • We put everything together and beat a little with a mixer.
  • We line the form with cling film and put the resulting mass in it. We level and tamp the curd mass, wrap the edges of the film or cover it with a film on top, put a saucer and put it under a little pressure in the refrigerator, preferably at night.
  • In the morning, take out the dessert from the mold, remove the film, put it on a plate, pour chocolate icing on top (melted chocolate-cream bar + a spoonful of milk), decorate with banana slices on top and ... put it back in the refrigerator.
  • Now for the coffee:
  • Making coffee, I was making espresso in the coffee machine. We heat 100 ml of milk, with a half of a banana cut into pieces, until it boils, I heated it in a microwave oven. Combine coffee with warmed milk and a banana in a blender glass, and punch well with an immersion blender, until a stable foam. My drink volume has increased by one and a half times.
  • Pour our banana coffee into a cup, take out the dessert from the fridge, cut a piece from it and enjoy the delicate banana taste of such an unusual breakfast.

Note

I recently bought a gingerbread cookie Pipar Cucas here, it turned out to be very tasty, but very hard. And I decided to let it go for some dessert, at first I remembered about creamy sausages from cookies, but it’s very fatty, then I asked our advice on the forum. And my dear friend Rarerka-Lyudmila threw up the idea to replace the butter in the sausage recipe with cottage cheese. After that, I looked around for different recipes from cottage cheese and cookies, and as a result of all this, a new dessert appeared. Almost any cookie can be used.
How banana coffee appeared: again, the original idea is not mine. Recently published here aprelinka-Elena recipe for a wonderful cheese coffee. And it dawned on me that you can make banana coffee by slightly changing the technology, the result is a completely different drink!
Everything has already been tested and approved by her husband. Do it for your health, this delicious dessert.

Lyudochka! I will definitely try !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a clever girl you are!
Mandraik Ludmila
Elenathank you, prompted the idea of banana coffee
Cirre
I don't like banana and coffee, but the idea of the pie is cool, you can do it with something else
Mandraik Ludmila
Gal, banana, it has some kind of binding property, I'm afraid other fruits in combination with cottage cheese will give liquid and the dessert will not keep its shape ..

If I eat cottage cheese, then only with a banana. For me, 9% cottage cheese and 20% sour cream are fatty, but it's absolutely not difficult to replace. Coffee is my favorite drink. I've already tried it with cheese, now I'll try it with a banana.
So, Lyudochka, the recipe is right for me. Thank you
Elina
Cirre, try with prunes, it should work. For many years I have been mixing cottage cheese with different fruits, the most successful options, in my opinion, are obtained with prunes or banana, you can add other fruits and spices to them - cinnamon, vanilla, etc.
Mandraik Ludmila, thanks for the recipe, I will definitely do it in the near future.

Elina, Svetochka, for health, in my opinion, a product that is very useful in composition is obtained, in principle, you can not use sugar at all, it is enough for cookies and banana sweets. And in coffee, sugar is completely superfluous, well, it is not in the recipe.
Rarerka
Wow! Here sweets are handed out For me, a combination of components is the most
Lyudmilka, what a smart you are. At first, cookies were superfluous in the house, now you have to buy more
Take note Thank you
Mandraik Ludmila
Namesake with your submission, the idea stuck and developed in my brain So you can say your brainchild

Mandraik Ludmila
Catherine, there is still no baking, heat treatment, except for coffee, the products do not pass Banana taste, of course smoothed out, with cookies in dessert and coffee with milk in the drink, but it feels good
