mascarpone 200 g
dark grape 200 g
granulated sugar 100 g
lemon 2 pcs

cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • At this time, wash the grapes, cut the berries in half and remove the seeds.
  • Put the remaining sugar, grated lemon zest, lemon juice and cloves in a skillet, bring the syrup to a boil, and then add the halved grapes. Simmer for 2 minutes, cool.
