Ingredients

For the test (for both options) about 600 gr.

water 0.5 tbsp.
wheat flour until hard dough (about 3 tbsp.)
For lasagne with meat 2-3 servings
minced meat or pork 200 gr.
bulb onions 100 g
vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
butter 2 tbsp. l.
For lasagne with cheese 2-3 servings
chicken egg 1 PC.
country white cheese (you can just hard) 60-70 gr.
sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l.
Besides
boiling water 1-2 l.
salt taste
butter for lubricating forms

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the dough
  • Lasagne (two cooking options)To do this, put eggs, water and salt in a bucket of HP or a bowl of a food processor, turn on the kneading and gradually add flour until the consistency of a tough dough

Lazanki is a flour dish common in the traditional cuisine of Poles, Lithuanians, Belarusians, Russians, Ukrainians. The recipe appeared in the 16th century as a result of the Slavicization of Italian pasta. The name of the dish comes from Italian. lasagna - "lasagna".
