Ice cream with poppy seeds and Amaretto (mixer)

Ingredients

milk 200 grams
cream 33% 400 gram
yolk 2 pieces
corn starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
xanth gum (need not be used) 1/2 tsp
sugar 120 grams
Amaretto 30 grams
salt pinch
poppy dry 50 grams
amaretto flavor optional taste

Cooking method
