Cooking method

  • 1. Grind almonds in a blender
  • 2. In one bowl, beat the whites of 7 eggs and half the sugar into a thick foam.
  • 3. In another bowl, beat the butter with the remaining sugar.
  • 4. Melt 75 g of dark chocolate in a water bath
  • 5. Pour the chocolate into a bowl of butter, add cognac and whisk the vanilla at low speed. Add one yolk to this mixture, stirring well each time.
  • 6. Add half of the whipped proteins to the same bowl. Mix well. Add flour with cocoa and baking powder to this, add almonds and knead well.
  • 7. Add the second half of the whipped egg whites and mix gently.
  • 8. Put the multicooker in a saucepan and put it in the "baking" mode for 55 minutes.
  • 9. After this time, turn off the multicooker and leave for 15 minutes.
  • 10 Then we take it out of the saucepan and when it cools down, cut it into layers (I got 4 lush cakes)
  • 11 Warm up the jam (so that it becomes liquid) and, spreading the cakes, fold the cake.
  • 12 In a water bath, melt the remaining chocolate (125 g of black + 200 g of milk) and cover the cake with it on all sides (it is better to do this on the wire rack). At the end of this procedure, transfer the cake to a dish and send it to the refrigerator to solidify the chocolate.
  • After a while, the cake is ready to eat. OOO Very tasty.

Thank you! I baked a biscuit in a multicooker cuckoo 0821, first, as per the recipe - on a multi-cooker for 55 minutes + 15 on heating, opened the lid - not ready at all. Then for another 10 minutes - a multi-cook, but again not ready, then another 15 and only then was it ready. In my multi-cooker recipe book it is written that the biscuit is baked for 1 hour and 20 minutes on a multi-cook, but if not ready, then you need to continue for 10 minutes until ready and check all the time (I checked with a wooden long match). And so it happened, about 1 hour and 20 minutes. But my biscuit was not very high ... Only 6 cm. Therefore, it was baked as according to the recipe, and if it is high, then it will probably take longer. But to be honest, if the biscuit is higher, taking into account the impregnation, it is inconvenient to eat ... And if 6 - 7 cm, then this is the usual height of commercial cakes, as it seems to me ... Although, I am not a cook ... and, of course , I could be wrong))) Good luck to everyone! And I was going to cook this cake again, because we ate the first one in one day ...
