Meatballs in sauce

Ingredients

Pork or half with ground beef 400 gr
bulb 1
a piece of dry loaf without a crust 1-2
semolina ...
salt ...
dry herbs ...
lavrushka 1
olive oil ...
corn flour ...
tomato hot sauce 1st.l
coarsely grated carrot 1/2
garlic in gravy 1-2 dol'ki

Cooking method

  • Mix the minced meat with the grated onion, a wet piece of loaf, a small handful of semolina, pepper, salt, add Provencal or other herbs, I added turmeric. Knead everything well.
  • Form frikadolki, the size of a small egg,
  • roll in corn flour each. Fry each in olive oil on all sides, cover with grated carrots, add water or broth, put a spoonful of hot tomato sauce, lavrushka in the water. Simmer until tender under a transparent lid, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula. There should be a lot of gravy. You can add sour cream, who loves, but I do not do that.
