Zrazy with Tilsiter cheese

Ingredients

chicken fillet 300 gr.
pork lard without skin 150-200 gr.
stale white bread 50 gr.
milk 150 ml.
bulb onions 30-50 gr.
Tilsiter cheese (can be different) 100 g
salt, spices taste
vegetable oil (for frying) 1-2 tbsp. l.
breadcrumbs 30-50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Soak white bread (you can directly with crusts) in cold milk.
  • Pass the fillet, bacon and onion through a meat grinder (medium wire rack), mix, add soaked bread with milk (do not squeeze!), Add salt (take into account the salinity of the cheese) and spices to taste, mix thoroughly until we get a homogeneous mass ( will be watery, but you can take it with your hand).
  • We cut the cheese (I usually have Tilsiter, it melts well) into 10 cubes (more can be, the zrazy will be smaller).
  • We put a frying pan with butter to warm up on the fire, we ourselves form our zrazy: we take part of the minced meat (counting for 10 times) in the palm, moistened with vegetable oil, flatten it right on the palm, put a block of cheese on top, wrap the edges, roll in breadcrumbs on all sides and fry in boiling vegetable oil over medium heat until tender and golden brown.
