  • Hello everyone! Take the recipe from me too. Taken about 10 years ago from some magazine (I'm very sorry - I don't remember the author or the name of the magazine, or the exact amount of salt, sugar, but I want to share the recipe, very successful!)

  • Custard pancakes (for myself, I called them "Universal")

  • Mix kefir, eggs, salt, sugar to taste, flour - as for pancakes.
  • We mix all this and add, gradually, boiling milk.
  • I also add vegetable oil, at least a spoon (probably all housewives do this). If you want the pancakes to be bubbled, you can add a drop of soda. When you bake, the smell is indescribable!

  • And most often, I bake these pancakes either completely on water (0.5 liters of water, then 0.5 liters of boiling water) or on kefir, and pour boiling water.
  • In this form, pancakes are baked easier, and the taste of the filling (for example, meat) does not interrupt the taste of pancakes.

  • By the way, the recipe is very similar to the Aynat custard recipe. She knows for sure that custard pancakes are ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL!

Note

Pancakes according to this recipe, in my opinion, are good neat or with some kind of sweet filling. For example, curd mass with raisins. If you pour chocolate on top, it turns out a cool dessert.
