Tina, all ingenious is simple! I often use thin pita bread to wrap something in it. I have never tried the casserole. thanks for the idea
V-tina
Ilmira, Thank you! I also often wrap something in pita bread, but it only recently occurred to me to do it in layers. It turns out very similar to pizza and my household eats it with pleasure
Ilmirushka
Tina, Let's go further! If you add ... something, it's not far from lasagna!
V-tina
Ilmira, yes, there was a thought about the similarity with lasagna, but I cook lasagne from time to time according to my mood, so it was decided to leave it as a "casserole", a way to dispose of food

It's great! Often, after all, such "disposal" is tastier than the former dishes themselves
V-tina
yeah, my men sweep away at the moment

Aaaaa! This is not a "crap"! It's boNba!
Found in the freezer birch trees. I decided to defrost them in a frying pan. Champignons went to the boletus (because it is not enough). And since they are thawed in a skillet, then let them be fried until tender. And since I dived into the freezer, and the remnants of frozen green peas fell into my hands, then let the peas defrost in the same frying pan.

Lavash casserole

And while it was defrosting and reaching, she chopped up the Peking. Green peas and pekinka - a miracle how good! And chopped up the failed (hard) cutlets, and a piece of baked chicken.
Further according to the recipe - I smeared the lavash with ketchup, put the mixture of everything prepared, sprinkled with cheese and alternated the mixture-filling until everything was over. Top with cheese - and into the oven. Since all the products were ready-made, it did not take much time to bake, it only allowed the cheese to melt.
The result is delicious!
Lavash casserole

There was an idea to repeat the recipe in portions in micra But I didn't have enough strength - everyone went to eat and delight
Thank you for the culinary discovery!

Rick
Tina, thanks for the recipe! Actually, for me this is not a recipe, but another way of making pita casseroles.I was pleasantly surprised by the cabbage in the filling. I will definitely repeat it and put it in "Favorite". It certainly won't get lost there
V-tina
Evgeniya, I'm glad that I liked everything yes, I generally like to add cabbage to all sorts of such casseroles, hot dogs and even pizza
Rick
Tina, I love it myself, but my husband ... In terms of cabbage, capricious) And then he liked it, he said, still do so. Therefore, I took it to my piggy bank. You understand that without the highest approval, the recipe is unlikely to take root in the family.
Maybe I'll risk adding cabbage to the pizza somehow
