Ingredients

Cooking method

  • I wanted to salt the fish.

  • Prepared for the second course.
  • I removed the spine, large bones from the ribs.

  • I put it in a saucepan.
  • For pouring, I mixed cream, water, salt, fish spices and a little smoked paprika.

  • Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
