Cooking method

  • Cook dogwood jam in 5-6 approaches for 3 minutes, cool completely each time.
  • Separate the berries from the syrup (leave to drain in a sieve). Put the berries soaked in syrup in a dryer, dry at an average temperature for 6-8 hours.

Note

It tastes better than just berries from jam, very rich, concentrated taste. I gnaw like seeds. Can be pitted and added to baked goods.
Cooked from frozen dogwood and then dried.
