Ingredients

Water + milk 320-330 ml
Fresh yeast 20gr
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 500-600 gr
Vegetable oil 5-6 st. l.
Medium egg 14 pcs
Green onion large bundle
Butter (with filling) 50-70 gr

Cooking method

  • Warm the water with milk slightly (I add boiling water to cold milk), pour it into a bucket of hp, add yeast, sugar. Run the Dough program (in my time 1.5 hours). After a couple of minutes after starting the kneading, add salt. Then after 10 minutes add 450 grams of flour (I poured sifted flour in 3 faceted glasses with a small slide. A glass with a risk), watch the bun, the dough should be sticky. Let the dough stir for another 15 minutes. Only after that! add vegetable oil... Now you can go to the filling)))
  • This amount of dough takes me 14 eggs (our chickens lay eggs 60-65 grams each), a large bunch of onions and melted butter 60-70 grams (here according to your taste) and a little salt.
  • The dough came up! We divide it into 2 parts. We hide one in hp, and work with the second. Grease hands and table with oil. Divide 1/2 part of the dough into 8 parts. We turn these pieces down and roll them into the ball. We turn on the oven for heating for 10 minutes. t 230 * C.
  • Then roll out the balls of dough and lay out the filling. Put the pies on a greased baking sheet, grease with a beaten egg and set to bake. Reduce the temperature to 210 * C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
