Ingredients

Flour 320 g
Margarine 200 g
Egg 1 PC
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 180 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Salt pinch
Any jam 300-400 ml

Cooking method

  • Grind margarine, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt into crumbs.
  • Beat the egg until white. Pour into flour crumbs.
  • Quickly knead soft soft dough.
  • Divide it into 2 pieces or 4-6 balls and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. It can be longer.
  • Line the form with parchment (I have a diameter of 22 cm). Grate half of the dough on a coarse grater so that the bottom is covered.
  • Put jam or jam on the dough and smooth it out (I have a peach one).
  • Rub the remaining half of the dough on top.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  • A very simple and quite quick pie to prepare. The dough can be stored in a freezer or zero chamber. From the category of "guests on the doorstep".
  • Shortbread dough after cooling. Soft and crumbly. Delicious!
  • It turns out 3-4 cm in height. If you want lower, you need to take a larger form.
