Dessert Meringue-Merze

Ingredients

eggs 5
flour 2 tbsp.
sugar 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Perhaps it is called something else, but I did not find it on the Internet. My hairdresser gave me the recipe. This delicacy is her favorite, her grandmother baked it.
  • Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
  • From the yolks and flour, knead a tough dough, like for noodles. I was recommended with the addition of salt water, but I think it is possible without water, but with a little sugar.
  • Allow the dough to rest for at least 30 minutes, roll it out thinly and cut into the noodles. Bake it on a dry baking dish at 180 gr. to pink. Approximately 20 minutes.
  • Dessert Meringue-Merze
  • Cool down.
  • Beat the whites with sugar, as on meringue, that is, until standing peaks and complete dissolution of sugar.
  • Gently stir the proteins into the noodles.
  • Put with a spoon on a parchment lined parchment and dry in the oven at 90 gr. until ready.
  • Willingness to determine by a slight lag of the cookie from the parchment. The larger the cookie, the longer it takes to dry.

I tried to squeeze the meringue out of a bag with a large hole, I thought it would be prettier. But, thanks to the inclusion of noodles in the mass, the flops came out all the same uneven. Therefore, do not suffer, put with a spoon.
In general, I'm thinking about how to give the cookies a more aesthetic look. Proposals are accepted.
