Fillet of pink salmon baked with cheese

Ingredients

pink salmon fillet 500 gr.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 100-150 gr.
mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
ground black pepper to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • We cut the pink salmon into small portioned pieces (for me these are trimmings from salting fish - abdomens, tail, uneven edges), grease with mayonnaise (take your favorite one).
  • We rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  • We put the fish in a baking dish, add salt and pepper if necessary (I don't). Sprinkle with cheese on top and set the dish to bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200C.
  • Serve with salad, pasta, or whoever loves something.
