Ingredients

Almond cream:
Egg white 2 pcs.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Almonds, peeled, ground 100g.
Chocolate cream:
Chocolate 100g.
Egg yolk 2 pcs.
Butter 30 grams.
Milk 2 tbsp. l.
For decoration:
Hazelnuts, roasted, peeled *** by the number of cakes.

Cooking method

  • Let's get started ...
  • Let's prepare the dough:
  • Mix butter, powder, cocoa and egg. Add flour and knead the dough.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, my dough "rested" for 2 days))!
  • Now let's get into the cream, everything is simple.
  • For almond cream: beat the whites with sugar into a strong foam, add the almonds, mix gently.

  • For chocolate cream: break the chocolate, add milk and melt in water. bath / microwave until smooth, cool slightly and add yolks. Beat until smooth.

  • Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a layer, cut out the "flowers", I have such a Teskomovskaya adapted for baskets.

  • Put the "flowers" in the prepared molds, press them slightly, put inside for 1 hour. l. chocolate cream (I barely had enough cream, next time I will make a little more), put 1 tbsp each on top of the chocolate cream. l. almond cream, and lightly press a hazelnut kernel into each cake.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 * for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool the finished cakes on a wire rack.
