Brazilian cheese bread

Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Olive oil (or any other) 4 tbsp. l
Milk (or any other dairy product) 150-175 ml
Flour 200 g
Baking powder 10 g
Hard cheese 150-200 g
Minced meat any 300-400 g
Butter for lubricating molds
Sesame seeds for sprinkling

Cooking method

It is more like snack cake with filling or to a kind pies or buns with meat... But most importantly, this Brazilian cheese bread turns out to be an appetizing and tasty dish ... "
  • Beat the egg with salt and butter, pour in the milk (I used the return from cheese), mix and add a little flour mixed with baking powder. Then add the grated cheese and mix well quickly.
  • Grease the muffin molds with butter, pour a tablespoon of dough, put a small ball-meatball made of minced meat in each mold, add another tablespoon of dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Note

I had not quite Brazilian olive oil, but sunflower oil, because in general I think that olive oil should not be heated. Slightly reduced the amount of oil compared to the recipe: enough.
Knead the dough quickly so that the baking powder does not work ahead of time.
Prepare minced meat according to all the rules: salt, pepper, add spices, what lYubit, and also garlic if desired. But not onions and bread.

The author is not listed on the site, but thanks to him anyway, because the things turned out to be delicious! And, importantly, they prepare quickly. Especially if you have pre-cooked and frozen meatballs.

Zhannptica, all the rolls are long eaten !! Instantly moreover. The dough is liquid, pour it into the mold with a spoon, but it is light and grasps instantly, "swells" well, nothing flows. Of course, you should leave room for the "hat", but a little, does not flow out at all, but it rises further. It is baked because the dough is light, the meatball is small, the tea is not a cutlet. No need to make minced meat liquid: meat, salt, spices, garlic (if lYubit) - why does it leak? ..
On the cut - inside, right in the center of a minced meat ball! Cool and nice on the tongue.
