Lazy Mistress Meat

Ingredients

minced meat (any) 0.5KG
champignons (canned, pickled) 1 small jar
onion (optional) 1 medium onion
hard cheese 200-250 gr
bread (white, stale) 1 slice
mayonnaise 100 g
milk (or water) 0.5 cups

Cooking method

  • Take a fairly thick slice of stale bread (not a loaf), cut off all the crusts and soak it in milk or water.
  • If the minced meat was pre-cooked, then mix it with lightly squeezed bread and chopped onions (onions optional)
  • I did not have ready-made minced meat and I ground chicken fillet in a meat grinder. And so that the minced meat was not dry, I added chicken fat (cut from one leg)
  • Add salt, pepper and, if desired, your favorite minced meat seasoning. But do not get too carried away with salt, since the thick cheese crust on the casserole will also add saltiness.
  • Mix the minced meat thoroughly, slightly beating.
  • Put the minced meat in a dish greased with vegetable oil and smooth.
  • Top with mayonnaise.
  • Spread the chopped mushrooms evenly over mayonnaise.
  • Now cover everything thickly with cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  • Place the casserole in a hot oven. Bake at 180 * C for 40-50 minutes. When a fragrant cheese crust appears, the dish is ready.
  • I baked the meat in the Princess 115001 pizza maker.
  • The minced meat was laid out in a Teflon mold. Baked for 15 minutes from a cold state. Then she reduced the temperature (set the regulator to 13 hours) and another 10 minutes. I turned off the Princess and did not open it for another 10 minutes.
  • When I opened it, I saw just such a delicious casserole.

In general, when I did not have a form, I baked everything on parchment paper. It’s easier, you have Teflon rugs on sale.

For minced meat in general, bread made from wheat flour of 2 grade (in extreme cases, 1 grade) should be used and not fresh, but yesterday's or even better, 2-3 days old. Butter fresh loaves are not suitable - they give minced meat products a sour taste. It is better to soak in water, then squeeze the bread out of the liquid and knead it with your hands, which will not work if you use a fresh loaf of bread. It is better to just add milk or water to the minced meat, but not the liquid in which the bread was soaked - the product will have a bright bread flavor.
