Hot potato-oat pancakes (thin)

Ingredients

Raw potatoes (approx. 5 cr. Pcs.) about 600 gr.
Onion (1/2 head) 50 gr.
Kefir (you can old) (2/3 tbsp. 250 ml) 180 g
Coarse sea salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg, small or half large 1 PC.
Oatmeal (3 tbsp. L.) 30 gr.
Flour / s 170 g
Boiling water 80 gr.
For baking: potatoes cut into very thin slices optional
Aromatic salt optional

Cooking method

  • Hot potato-oat pancakes (thin)Grate potatoes and onions on a fine grater "for pancakes" in any way possible. Add all the other ingredients, mix and boil with boiling water. The dough turns out to be rather thin. Flakes dripping from the spoon because of the potatoes. Let the dough stand for 20 to 30 minutes on the table.
