Pancakes with herring

Ingredients
extra flour ~ 340 gr
milk ~ 430 ml
eggs 3
rast. oil ~ 60 ml
salt ...
sugar 1 ch.l.
voda ...
Cooking method

Filling
herring - ~ 50-100gr
boiled eggs 2
fried onions on rast. oil
enzyme cheese 20
Add eggs, salt, sugar to milk. Knocking well with a mixer, sprinkle the grains in small portions, add vegetable oil, if thick, add the water specified in the recipe.
Bake pancakes, for the first I always pour a little rast. oil, for the next is not necessary.
Filling
Finely chop the herring, chop the eggs, add fried onions, a little cheese and mix everything gently.
I wrapped the filling in six pancakes, rolled it up.
The remaining 8-9 can be filled:
a) grated apples
b) curd mass
c) meat
d) just eat with sour cream or butter and sugar

ROUGH - consists of homogeneous small grains of light cream color. There is almost no bran in it. It is rich in gluten and has high baking properties. Grit is produced from special varieties of wheat and is distinguished by the larger size of individual particles.

We have grains or flour called "Extra" is considered the best.
I used to bake cakes, muffins, cookies from it. I tried not to bake bread, pancakes.
