Ingredients

Spelled flour, Art. 1,5
Egg, pcs. 2
Sugar to taste, Art. l. 1-2
Salt, a pinch 1
Milk, Art. 1.5
Water, Art. 1
Olive oil, Art. l. 2

Cooking method

  • Kneading in a food processor with a dough mixing attachment.
  • Load eggs and sugar into a bowl, beat at maximum speed for 3-5 minutes.
  • Set the combine switch to minimum speed and add the sifted flour and salt in portions.
  • Without turning off the combine, gradually increasing the speed, pour in milk at room temperature and water. The flour mixes perfectly, without lumps.
  • Add oil at the end of the batch.
  • Let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
  • It turns out a homogeneous dough of the color of dark baked milk, the consistency is liquid sour cream.
  • Fried in a hot cast-iron pancake pan (on two at a time) over high heat. The pancakes are thin and bounce off the pan by themselves.

Note

Pancakes are luxurious with a nutty flavor, healthy and wholesome. Surprisingly delicious for a healthy diet. One drawback: they disappeared while I went to get the camera.

Mandraik Ludmila, the fact of the matter is that they are very similar to the classic wheat flour of the highest grade. I myself was surprised. For example, I made rye pancakes - I didn’t like the specific taste, so I didn’t post the recipe.
And these, just exactly the same wheat, only more yellowish and so openwork in the hole. Well, there is also a delicate nutty taste.
