Cooking method

  • I suggest making a very tasty curd pie, but very similar to cheesecake in the structure of the filling.
  • First you need to prepare shortbread dough.

  • I reduced the sugar, the recipe uses more.
  • I did everything for the cake in Thermomix. But everything can be done either in a combine or in a dough mixer.
  • Mix the ingredients for the dough 30 sec / ck6, collect the crumb in a lump, put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • While we are making the filling,
  • Packs of cottage cheese were 3 pieces of 200g and 1 piece of 180r.
  • We mix all the ingredients 40 sec / ck5 until a homogeneous mixture, as I did it with knives, I did not soften the butter.
  • We take a detachable form, I have it from Ikea. Cover with parchment.
  • We distribute 2/3 of the dough in shape, making the sides, the higher they are, the better.
  • pour out the filling.
  • The remaining dough, chop on top.
  • We bake for 60 minutes at 180g.
  • I baked in the Steba 28Eco mini-oven from a cold state for 60 minutes, the top / them mode was 200g, those the regulator did not reach 210.
  • When the cake is baked, you don't need to take it out right away, let it stand in the oven for 10 minutes.
