Apparently in your model, as well as in my OW251E32, there is no basic / basic bread mode as such. I bake all wheat and wheat-rye breads on the "French bread" mode.

I decided to try recipes from a bakery book.
Tested:
1. Homemade bread, twice - the second time I added seeds (sunflower, flax and pumpkin). I will repeat. I liked the seeds better.
2. Flax bread - I liked it very much. Delicious bread for meat, fish (as it is written in the book). The recipe says "yeast dough", for a long time I did not dare to approach it because of this - it is not clear what I mean. I put a piece of pizza dough in the fridge for 2 days. Great recipe!
3. Pizza dough - well, no comment.
4. Yogurt. As a starter I tried Natural Activation and local biokefir - 100 grams per liter of UHT milk (House in the village). The result is good anyway. On the program "Yogurt" it turns out very thick, a spoon is worth, yogurt for 9 hours (as in the instructions). On the "Drinking Yogurt" according to the instructions 12 hours, I put on 9 - even thicker came out

Yesterday I baked bread according to a recipe from another Mulinex oven - the recipe is called "White bread with garlic and olives" - it turned out great!

I use the mode as indicated in the book, I measure the components on the scales.
