Ingredients

Wheat flour 200g
Beet 200g
Honey 2 tbsp. l.

Garam masala

You can make garam masala from cloves, cardamom and cinnamon by roasting, grinding these spices and adding finely grated nutmeg to them.
Of course, you can buy ready-made garam masala in the store, but its aroma and taste will be much inferior to the one you cooked yourself.
Chat Masala
This mixture is sandy in color and consists of ingredients, the main ones being black salt, mango powder and asafoetida. Chat masala is traditionally used to dress fruit salads. This mixture enriches the taste and aroma of fruit dishes, revealing and complementing it.
