Light salad with chechil cheese

Ingredients

lettuce leaves (whatever you like)
pumpkin seeds handful
Pine nuts handful
cherry 6-8 pcs
chechil (in the form of spaghetti) 150 g
olive oil
lemon juice

Cooking method

  • Tear the lettuce leaves (I prefer to cut it in medium size, otherwise stuffing large lettuce leaves in my mouth looks like it’s not comme il faut), add pumpkin seeds and pine nuts fried in a dry pan, chopped cherry and cheese in the form of spaghetti (you can cut it like me , but you can pick on long threads. Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Delicious, simple and easy!
