Munchausen salad

Ingredients

Arugula 1 bundle
Light salted salmon 70-100g
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. l.
Mature avocado 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Philadelphia type cheese 50 g
Refueling
lemon juice 1 tsp
balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste
balsamic sauce (for decoration) a few drops

Cooking method

  • Cut the tomato into cubes 1x1 cm
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into 1 x 1 cm cubes and drizzle with lemon juice
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese, spread in small circles on a preheated pan at a short distance and fry until crisp. Remove from the pan and cool.
  • Mix the avocado and the tomato and place on the bottom of the plate as a salad base.
  • Place the fish slices on top of a vegetable pillow.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  • Lay out the washed and dried arugula.
  • Spoon the cream cheese on top with a spoon and carefully place the cheese chips.
  • Decorate the plate with a few drops of thick balsamic vinegar.

Note

The salad is light, healthy and tasty. Perfect for a romantic evening for two. The name does not say anything, it was just the name of the establishment where I had a chance to try it for the first time.
