Stewed-baked rabbit in cream (Philips multicooker)

Ingredients

Rabbit 1 carcass
Butter 100 g
Fat cream 0,5 l
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Vinegar 9% 1 / liter of water
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the rabbit into pieces and add water diluted with vinegar at the rate of 1 tablespoon to 1 liter of water. After an hour and a half, take out pieces of rabbit, dry with a paper towel and fry in butter (I have melted butter) in a pan until golden brown. Then transfer the pieces of meat to the multicooker bowl. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in the oil remaining in the pan, put on rabbit pieces. Season with salt, pepper, cream and simmer for 2 hours. After two hours, set the Baking program to 120 degrees. Baked for 40 minutes. Surprisingly, the cream was already curdled on the baked goods, it did not affect the taste.
  • For the first time in our life, we ate a rabbit with pleasure))
  • Do not use cream above 30%. I had 20%.

What a delight)) I don't really like a rabbit, but I have to eat it ...

And I just love the rabbit! Only rarely does it manage to buy it. I especially love stewed in sour cream. Now you have to try it in cream too! Especially in the cartoon! Thanks for the recipe!
