Curd dough cookies

Ingredients

chicken egg (preferably some yolks) 2 pcs (4 pcs)
sugar 200 gr.
baking powder 1 tsp
vanillin pinch
cottage cheese 200 gr.
butter 200 gr.
wheat flour about 400 gr.

Cooking method

  • We take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance, we need a soft one. We take cottage cheese soft or ordinary blender or spit on the whole thing and take whatever cottage cheese is, it will still be delicious.
  • Eggs (some yolks are better, especially if they need to be disposed of), beat with sugar, butter and cottage cheese, add vanillin.
  • Separately mix the sifted flour with baking powder and add to the curd-butter mixture. Depending on the density of the curd, the dough will take from two flours! glasses. I advise you to start with this amount. Quickly knead the dough without delaying this process. The dough should be fairly soft, but still rollable. We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, wrapping it in film.
  • After this time, roll out the dough (lightly dusting it with flour) very thin for hard and crispy cookies, or thicker for soft cookies in the middle, but crispy around the edges. We cut out the figures or simply cut into squares and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 15-20 minutes
  • Bon Appetit!
