I just bought this Midea AHS20BC bread maker. The choice was painful. No offense to the owners of Panasonic and Redmond, especially I'm not ready for such sacrifices of 12 thousand. I found very few successful recipes for her on the Internet. Yes, you can adapt any recipe for yourself, but so that the first time a beginner does not look for and does not suffer ... I offer 2 recipes - "white" and "gray" the first time without "mixing" and "pulling out" the scapula. The order of the bookmark as I write, just a bookmark without "using your hands".

"Wheat bread".
The bowl was smeared with rust. oil thoroughly.
At the bottom of 1.5 st. l. refined rast. oils
+ warm 40 degrees water 140g
+ (I separately mixed flour of the usual premium grade with measuring cups, which includes 2 4/5 cups of sifted + salt 3 / h. l + sugar 1 tbsp. l (you need less, bread is sweetish) + milk powder 1.5 tbsp. l)
+ poured mixed warm water 100g with 1 hour on top. l. fast yeast
Mode "Basic baking", dark crust, weight 750g.

The result is excellent, the whole "roof" is beautiful. As I wrote in sl. I will halve the amount of sugar.
When shaking out the bread, the stirrer remains in the form itself. I am completely satisfied with everything, the hole at the bottom is neat = however, everyone does it the first time.

Bread "Wheat-Rye".
I set it up for myself, I'm a completely newbie, but I wanted not to dance and not really finish anything with my hands.
So:
Form smeared with rust. oil.
At the bottom 2 tbsp. l. rast. oils
+ 200g warm water
+1/2 Art. l lemon juice with 1/2 tbsp. l. water
+3 teaspoons of thick honey with a slide
+ (Separately mixed sifted rye flour 250g (exactly grams) + 330g sifted wheat flour + 1.5 tsp. L of salt + 1 tbsp. L. Dry kvass + 1.5 tsp. L of instant coffee for color)
+ 180g warm water mixed with 1.75 tsp dry yeast is poured over everything
Program "Whole grain bread" for 1 kg, dark crust.
After 1 kneading, 1 tbsp was splashed on top. l of water.
The result is bread weighing 960g, height 24 cm, good roof, aroma

A question for experts, how the last. Reduce the recipe, so that the quality is not affected ?? We can't eat so much bread in a week.

Tatianatlt, I'm at the stage of choosing, should a newbie in xn take this stove?

In general, I see no reason to refuse Mida in this price category. For this price, they are about the same, and the program (for example, there is no "cupcake" in mine) can be selected, you just need to know the time for making certain bread. According to the recipe from the attached recipe book, I baked ordinary bread, whole grain, sweet, orange jam, and every three days I make yogurt regularly - she works out her money, but she doesn't need more. All bread makers, judging by the reviews, have been working on average for 3 years, I see no reason to overpay for the brand. So you can safely buy ..

Tatianatlt, thanks for the answer, I read the branches about 15 Medea, I am at the stage of selection, I can allocate up to 10 thousand for HP, Medea really likes the black ones outwardly, but appearance is not important, I choose the first bread maker, I want to get good impressions right away

I don't know if I will often bake bread, but I will definitely knead the dough more often

My medea 20 .. took the color white, only for reasons of saving money .. and my initial goal was to buy inexpensive HP, so that store bread (terrible in the last time) was not bought. I bake bread for 750g for my family and there are so many (although they say that you can't eat fresh at all) .. However, everyone has their own requests ..If you are ready to spend more money, you can take another one with "bells and whistles", but I knew for sure that I would not use excesses in technology .. And at least I have it .. and even yogurt, I had to. I made yogurt in a multicooker - there is no "yogurt" mode, now I like the quality of yogurt more in HP, all the same, strict adherence to the temperature does its job - the product is more uniform, somehow smooth.
