I am a thrifty hamster. I even have a couple of peeled onions and half a carrot always lives in the refrigerator.

And heels of peeled potatoes too.

Why jackdaws? I read the name and thought that there would be something similar to birds.

Can be made from beef, but I would add minced chicken, in this case, to make it more tender. I also like dishes that do not take a lot of time, but they are delicious.
mamusi
DonnaRosa, right now I'm going to do ~ 2/3 beef + 1/3 pork.
Sedna me and Ciabatta are involved and Jackdaws in the plan!))

Yes, there is a feast here! DonnaRosa, what a beauty! And the name is sincere, it smells like spring on the street, and you brought a tick :-)))

Can I get in? Hopefully DonnaRosa, you will not be offended.
To make it completely lazy and wash the dishes at least, as well as for multicooker lovers, I suggest:
Step 1 is done in a multicooker

Fry the onions in olive oil, add the coarsely grated carrots and fry together.
Further, as the author orders, put it into minced meat, but do not touch or wash the multi bowl :-)

Then

Form round balls-jackdaws, lay

put the balls back into the bowl of delicious vegetable oil. And bake in a cartoon.

A pure beef is not worth it, d
It's worth it, it's worth it! Rituyla, it will be very tasty! You put vegetables sautéed with butter in the minced meat! It will be juicy!
Mixed minced meat is very tasty, and pure chicken - excellent!

This is a wonderful recipe!

DonnaRosa,
: Friends: You can put wherever you want, it is important to save the recipe for the jackdaws.
I liked jackdaws, because.fed up with the cutlets, I liked that the gravy was immediately included.
Tanya-Fanya
So here I really like that the juice of the meat turns into a wonderful sauce.
Sometimes, I take out the finished balls and heat the rice in the remaining sauce.
mamusi
Tanya-Fanya, Tanya, so I have already posted above and photos and boasts
Made from a third part of pork, the rest beef.
Vkusnooo!)
And since I will do it often, I will try again purely from beef, and with the addition of minced chicken too!
I liked cooking in foil, I lined a glass mold with it ~ I made a "boat", the gravy turned out super super!

I take it out hot as much as necessary, and the rest remain in the mold, together with it I heat it up on the burner. But usually, it is eaten on the same day.
Tanya-Fanya
mamusi, I wrote to you about ground beef for the future -;)
mamusi
Tanya-Fanya, Aaaaa !!!)))
And I'm a bastard, I decided that you did not see my pictures!)
My son came to see me and had dinner together ~ that's why there are only two Galki.
I froze the rest ... for my husband's arrival ...
I don't know ... if they will be as tasty as these later.
But these were FUNCTIONS!

Will be: girl-yes: I froze three pieces. Before planting in the mold, it is necessary to defrost completely and preferably in the refrigerator gradually, overnight.

The most common food is simple, hearty and tasty. I'd say "male". With the proviso that some fragile young ladies hamster this "male food" more actively than various ladies' delights
