Ingredients

eggs C-O 3 pieces
sugar 1 glass
kefir 1 glass
wheat flour, premium, or 1 grade 1.5 cups
baking powder 1 teaspoon
apples 4-5 pieces
vanillin, zest, cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar.
  • Pour in kefir, stir.
  • Gradually add flour and baking powder, stirring well.
  • Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold.
  • Lay apples on top, peeled and cut into thin slices.
  • Top the apples with the rest of the dough.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  • You can also bake in a pizza maker, only the top will need to be covered with a rug so that it does not burn.
