Ingredients

pork tenderloin (other meat is possible) 500 gr.
adjika 2-3 tsp
cognac 1-2 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • We marinate the tenderloin in a mixture of adjika and brandy for at least 3 hours (I do this in the evening at night), if necessary, you can add salt. Then we shift the meat together with the sauce into a baking bag, tie it tightly, prick it with a fork in several places and send it to the oven, preheated to 180C until tender (depending on the thickness of the pieces of meat, it can be 40 minutes and 1.5 hours, the main thing is not dry). I turn off the oven as soon as the meat juice is clear.
  • If the meat is supposed to be eaten with a side dish, you can take it out immediately and serve it to the table, if we prepare the meat for sandwiches, then leave it in the oven until it cools down, remove the meat from the bag and leave it alone for 6-8 hours, after this time it is wonderful cut and very aromatic.
