Ingredients

Pita 2-2.5 pcs
For filling:
Adyghe cheese, or cottage cheese 300g
Mozzarella cheese, suluguni 200-300g
To fill:
Kefir (or any sour milk) 500ml
Egg 2-3 pcs
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method

  • A very quick and quite tasty dish.
  • It is prepared just instantly, from available products, it goes well as a replacement for bread, and as an independent dish with a vegetable salad.
  • As a rule, I most often bake it in a pressure cooker, it is convenient for me there, quickly and tasty.
  • With the purchase of Tortilla, I decided to try the achma there, I was not disappointed, but I need to adapt to the number of products.
  • My achma is lazy, I use Armenian lavash.
  • The bottom layer is a whole sheet of pita bread.
  • On layers of pita bread, lay a layer of cheese mixture.
  • I prefer Adyghe cheese + mozzarella or suluguni in the filling.
  • Pouring any sour milk + egg.
  • So that the layers are not dense and the filling better penetrates through the layers, we cut the lavash into arbitrary pieces, dip them into the kefir mixture and put them in a chaotic manner on the layers of the cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, regulator 3.5-4.

And then there are 2 packs lying around in the freezer - I don't know where to fit it, I never did anything with it. And the coating, by the way, at Tortilka was just atas - I made ordinary fried eggs WITHOUT a drop of oil - so the finished fried eggs glided like on ice! That is, better than in Princess-cake-making - where I, too, like you, loved to bake eggs (before Toritilka)! So I think you don't need to drip butter for the pies!
