Apricot roll with cottage cheese

Ingredients

apricot jam (I have twisted apricots boiled with sugar) 5 tbsp. spoons
cottage cheese or cream cheese 150 grams
nuts (I have almond petals) 50 grams
marshmallows 50 grams
lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon
water 1 tbsp. the spoon
gelatin 1 teaspoon (approximately 3 grams)
water for gelatin 30 grams
coconut flakes 2-3 st. spoons
dried apricots 100g
sugar option
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Apricot roll with cottage cheesePour gelatin with cold boiled water. Stir and leave to swell.
