Ingredients

Honey dough

Cooking method

The recipe itself passed me by - an old acquaintance walked by, I remembered her most delicate honey cake and made a recipe.
The honey cake is great. Tall, soaked, fragrant. The usual custard honey cakes, thin like Napoleon's, made a sour cream custard and just sprinkled them with crumbs. From above I stuck physalis on sticks so that at least somehow the cake was decorated. My poor cake was shaking 600 km and even more until it was taken home.
How I liked the honey cake oven! For the new year, my daughter immediately decided - mom, I also want such a cake.
I made it very quickly, whipped a liter of homemade sour cream to it and just sprinkled it with crumbs. It's been a long time since I got such pleasure from work and from eating.
The cake did not live until the new year))) began in the afternoon of December 31. The cake turned out to be huge, it's still a good quarter and is waiting for the family to get up.
Ded Moroz also brought a gift to my daughter - a new phone. She played all day:
