Puff pastry with nuts and raisins

Ingredients

Puff pastry 1 kg.
Walnuts 300gr
Raisins 300 gr.
Eggs 4 things
Sugar 250gr-300gr
Vanilla sugar 10gr

Cooking method

  • The cakes are very tasty and very easy to prepare.
  • I use ready-made puff pastry.
  • Fry the nuts a little and chop finely.
  • Rinse the raisins and dry well.
  • Beat 4 proteins with a mixer and add vanilla sugar. When the whites beat up, gradually add 250g of sugar. If you like sweeter then 300gr.
  • Whisk the whites until crisp.
  • Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
  • Roll each piece and brush with a quarter of the whipped egg whites.

  • Roll tightly.
  • Brush with yolk, and cut into pieces, preferably with a curly knife.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 20 minutes.

Happy New Year girls everyone. Health and happiness. If the problem is with nuts, you can make another filling. 2 cups flour, 2 cups powdered sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, 100g ghee. Mix everything, preferably with a mixer. Sprinkle the filling over the dough. It turns out very tasty too.
