Rolls with minced meat on a vegetable pillow in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Filling:
Minced meat 500 g
Potatoes 500 g
Sour cabbage 250 g
Onion 250 g
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
Dough:
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder
(or 1 tsp soda)
2 tsp
Flour 400-450 g

Cooking method

  • Mix eggs with kefir.
  • Add baking soda, salt, flour and knead a not very tough dough.
  • Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Salt and pepper the minced meat, add spices and mix well.
  • Roll out the dough into a circle.
  • Put the minced meat on it, smooth it out.
  • After that, roll the dough with minced meat into a roll.
  • Cut the roll into pieces 2-3 cm wide and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Peel potatoes, chop coarsely.
  • In a multo in olive oil, fry the onion until golden brown in the baking mode.
  • Put a layer of sauerkraut on the onion.
  • For cabbage - potatoes. salt, sprinkle with potato spices.
  • After that, put strudels on the potatoes and close the cartoon.
  • I did pilaf in the mode, but I think that buckwheat, steaming, and stewing will also work.

Note

I found a recipe in the wilds of the Internet, well, right for a cartoon, I decided to cook it - tastefully!

I'll make a reservation right away photos are not mine, I have a daughter with a camera on an excursion.

By the way, it is better to add water or very little or not add at all - a lot of moisture is released from the cabbage.
If I understand everything correctly, the result is very close to the recipe of a real German strudel. Hope you rate it too!

Specialists, help out! And how much to bet and who tried - which mode is better? And then I did everything, put it on for extinguishing for 1 hour. I'm waiting, can I rearrange it? There is such a volume of products - everything did not fit into my cartoon.

In General, like this: first, braising for 35 minutes, then 1 hour of baking. As a result, the bottom was burnt, the top was never baked. I haven't tasted it yet.
