Pickled champignons

Ingredients

Champignon 500 g
Garlic 20 g
Vegetable oil 120 ml
Apple cider vinegar 80 ml
Black pepper (peas) 6 pcs
Bay leaf 4 things
Carnation 2 pcs
Dill 1 bundle
Sugar 10 g
Salt 5 g

Cooking method

  • - Wash the mushrooms and place in a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.
  • - Add vinegar and oil, then put the pan over low heat, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  • - Cool at room temperature.
  • - Pour the mushrooms and marinade into a vacuum container and evacuate or marinate using the "Marinade" function (This recipe is from the recipe book for the "Zigmund & Shtain" vacuum drawer)
  • - Store in a cool place.
  • I vacuum immediately in ordinary cans using Vax lids

And she gave a recipe as proof that you can do without a vacuum! And Tatyana's recipe - "in Venezuelan" - I remembered, I also used it, but I could not find Tasty mushrooms !! Sometimes I don't have time to cool down - my husband is already looming with a fork

Only the proportions are slightly different - I take 2 tbsp for 0.5 kg of chopped mushrooms. l. grows up. oil, 3 tbsp. l. vinegar, 0.7 tbsp. (regular faceted) water, 1 hour each. l. salt and sugar, a pinch of black and allspice peas, several. piece of bay leaf, a few pieces of cloves, a few cloves of garlic cut into slices. Boil after boiling for 5-10 minutes

Insist in the refrigerator for a day. But I like it better when it will stand for 1.5-2 days
