On heating for 15 minutes, the onions are languishing, the eggs are baked, an egg cake is obtained, the white and yolk are hard-boiled.
  • If you want not flat eggs, but more voluminous ones - in the middle of the program, when the porridge has already thickened, I add oil, onions, I make holes in the porridge, compacting the walls with a spoon and pour it over the egg. The porridge is prepared before the end of the program.
  • It is convenient in any stewpan, on the stovetop or electric (in a pizza maker, for example), then holes are made in the porridge, onions and oil have already been added, eggs are poured into them, the lid is closed, and cooked. The eggs are steep and almost round.
  • The good thing is that the porridge turns out to be fragrant from oil and onions, soft, and the eggs are tough, but you don't need to peel them.
  • Instead of vegetable oil, it is delicious with both butter and ghee.

And I love this one. Only without any meat, and the eggs are already cooked in advance. And without pepper and mushrooms. It was not a side dish for us, but a separate dish. Very tasty and even satisfying, albeit without meat. Even my grandfather respected such a mess.
