Sauce
eggplant large

sweet red pepper 1 PC
garlic 2 large cloves

fresh herbs (dill, parsley, green onions)
olive oil
Italian tomatoes in their own juice 500ml

  • Add Italian tomatoes in their own juice, preferably already cut. Mix everything.
  • Turn on the Tortilla at level 3 and 15 minutes. Let all the ingredients simmer and make friends together. If it boils, then reduce the heating to 2.5
  • When the timer goes off, put in freshly chopped herbs and garlic.
