Warm liver salad

Ingredients

boiled liver (poultry, pork or beef) 300 grams
raw carrots 300 grams
bulb onions 300 grams
vegetable oil for frying taste
sugar 1 teaspoon
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • With proportions, everything is clear - 1: 1: 1.
  • Boil the liver (I have chicken), cut into strips.
  • Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the onion into strips.
  • Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. At the end, sprinkle with sugar and keep on fire for a while. Put out of the pan onto a plate.
  • In the same pan, fry the carrots a little. Season with salt to taste, cover and simmer over low heat until soft.
  • Then add onions and prepared liver to the carrots. Stir well, adjust the amount of salt, pepper. Cover and leave to brew.
  • Serve warm, so there will be no vegetable oil taste.
  • In other matters, this is a matter of taste.

Anyway, everything is very tasty with carrots.
I also make a salad with beef heart, carrots and fried onions. Dressed with mayonnaise. Identity turns out awesome.
