Ingredients

milk

Cooking method

  • Omelet grill.
  • Omelet - I mix eggs and milk in equal volumes, salt and pepper to taste. I grease the cells of the waffle iron with ghee, or vegetable oil. I pour the omelet no higher than the bumps in the waffle iron. I bake for a minute, the waffle iron is closed, turn off the waffle iron, and gently pry it with a bamboo skewer, remove the finished omelettes from each cell. I put it on a plate. I pour in the next batch, greasing it with oil again. I turn it on for a minute.
  • And so on, you can bake as many lattice omelettes as you like.
  • You can add a little flour to the omelet, the grates will be denser.
  • Egg lattice.
  • Anoint the cell with oil, break the egg into the cell, add salt, close the waffle iron, bake for no more than a minute, turn it off, gently remove the egg grate with a skewer.

Note

The taste does not change from the form. Good as decoration or attractive food for baby. And an adult will also like instant scrambled eggs or cool eggs from a waffle iron.
