Loin under vegetables in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH10

Ingredients

pork loin 4 things
medium onion 4 things
large carrots 1 PC
salt 1 tbsp. l
seasoning for pilaf 3 tbsp. l.
dried apricots, wish handful
tomato 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • I bought a sliced loin in a butcher shop removed sausages.
  • Their cutting is plump, cm 4, in the palm of the size, lovely sight. I cut off the bone, it will go to the soup, tightly-tightly, shoving it, put 4 pieces in the multicooker bowl, entered, 3 pieces will lay down freely. I shoved it because the meat decreases in volume during cooking, I wanted the bottom to be completely occupied.
  • I did not cut the carrots into small strips, the onion also into half rings, the tomatoes into slices. She mixed everything in a bowl with salt and seasoning. Poured over the meat. It turned out to be a full bowl.
  • Program * baking * for 65 min. Then it stood on * heating * for 3 hours, but this is not necessary, everything was completely prepared in 65 minutes.
  • I advise you to chop onions, carrots and tomatoes in more ways that will not fit into the bowl, put in the refrigerator, salt is a ready-made dressing for the next preparations.
  • About tomatoes - dried are also suitable, just do not mix them with carrots and onions, but put them once on top of the meat so that they are saturated in pairs, good and pickled, lay them on top of carrots and onions, so they better keep their shape.
  • No need to stir, look in too.
