Note

You can call to Saint Fanurius any day, so that he advises how to find the loss.
On August 27, unmarried girls ask him to send them a good groom.
In the lean version, St. Fanuria is baked on Christmas Eve, like one of the magic pies * for luck *
The number of ingredients in the cake should always be odd.
The first time the cake is baked, making a request, and the second time, in gratitude for its fulfillment.
To make a wish come true, you need to treat other people to cupcake.

I found this recipe on the chef's website. ru from the author Laryok, thanks to her a lot, many times

brendabaker, Very interesting recipe, thanks! I will have to try to bake in my Fillet. Only you have Filya the baby, and in mine you will probably need to make a double portion (so as not to smear it on the sides of the bowl) and bake for 90 minutes, 45 minutes on each side. I have the "Baking" program for only 45 minutes.

Alena Besha,
I bake a double dose in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 ℃, then stand in the mold for 20 minutes and then remove and let cool on a wire rack.

Irsha,
Saint Fanurius finds a groom for the girl,
And also helps to find the loss.
The first cake is baked with a request, and the second in gratitude when it is fulfilled.
The cupcake is divided into pieces and treated to other people to make the request come true.

brendabaker, it's good that I posted it in a separate recipe, thanks!
The history of the cupcake can / should be added to the 1st post, it seems to me

kuzea, Alena Besha, julia_bb, Irsha, SvetLanaSSh,
Girls, thanks for the advice and support, we have been baking this cupcake in the oven for several years since, after contacting St. Fanurius, we immediately found the missing cat (after having exhausted all the usual ways of searching)
Now I will bake this cake in Philips 3060, I liked its soft taste and texture.
For my taste, this one, although not exactly lean option, is very suitable as one of two * lucky cupcakes * for a magical Christmas time.
(The custom of wrapping notes with happy wishes in foil and baking them in a cupcake * Black gingerbread * I took from my mother and grandmother, but the cupcake of St. Fanurius, this is already a recipe for the happiness of MY family, and I bake both of these cupcakes for Christmas)

Oksana, can I correct it a little. This is not a Christmas cake, although a lean version is sometimes baked and served on Christmas Eve. Fanuropita (Φανουρόπιτα) - Greek cake (cake) for St. Fanuria. St. Fanouri (celebrated in Greece on August 27) helps unmarried girls find a groom. And also to find lost things (so if you lost something and cannot find it, feel free to ask for help. It will help! Checked repeatedly). And in gratitude for the found thing, the saint is supposed to bake a cake - lean, and the number of ingredients is odd (7, 9 or 11). A fragrant, moderately moist, rich muffin is great for fasting. And on Christmas Eve it will decorate and diversify your table.
Christmas holiday cake - Vasilopita (Βασιλόπιτα), so they put a coin in it (φλουρί - flurI), I wrote about this in my recipe. Don't be offended, it's just that I've been living in Greece for so many years, that's why I decided to clarify.

natapit,
Natalya, I corrected the title, THANKS for the clarifications and additions.
I make sure to make St. Fanuria to remind yourself that what is lost can be regained.
And, of course, more than once during the year.

The idea of Vasilopita for Christmas is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE to us, because it divides family members into one lucky person: yahoo: and the rest,
forgotten by God,: ::
EVERYONE gets the good news in my cupcake.
Don't, take offense too, clarity, so clarity
mamusi
Oksana, Wow, how beautiful and delicious!
Thanks for the separate recipe, I'm taking it away!
brendabaker
mamusi,
Yes, Margarita, there in the background there are FIRST childish dreamers (I didn't plan to spread the cupcake, I sent her as a reminder, then brought it to the topic, and then ... here they were.)
Tasty is for sure.
He was so spongy on top of me, he got up well and did not fall off afterwards.
