Ingredients

Wheat flour 2.5 cups

Egg 1 PC.
Grain cottage cheese. the one with cream 1 d. glass
A pinch of baking soda (just a little)
Cumin and coriander 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

Cottage cheese from the store. We have a Savushkin product-101 grain + cream. That's what it's called. I bought 2 pcs. 150 grams each. It took 200 grams for this recipe. There is a decent amount of cream, so you don't need a lot of water.

Well, isn't it handsome ?! Yesterday I baked again. I made adjustments - cottage cheese took the usual 3% fat content half a cup, rest. half a cup was added by tan-ayran, I think you can add a simple serum. Bread again pleased!
