We remove the excess with spatula. Our task is to make the biscuit and mousse in a circle in the same plane, then the finished cake will be perfectly even.
  • We put in the refrigerator for solidification.
  • If you plan to cover the finished cake with icing, then put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
